A platform will be created where guests can indicate if they will be attending the event or not. The link to this platform will be shared with the guests whose details (WhatsApp Phone Numbers and Names) have been provided to us.
Periodic reminders will be sent to guests about the event, and also to RSVP as may be required
This code will be generated and either embedded on the e-access card or sent as a standalone, depending on the client’s preference.
Trained personnel to check in and accredit the guests on arrival.
